Registration Fees
While online registration for WCPOS V 2024 has closed, fret not! On-site registration will be available at the Registration Counter located conveniently at the Centre Core, Level 3 of the KL Convention Centre.

# Trade delegates can be any exhibitor/company who wishes to attend the scientific sessions, where an exhibitor with a normal exhibitor badge would be denied access.
*Country ranking takes reference from the International Monetary Fund (2023)
**Accompanying person(s) should be the partner of a delegate. An accompanying person can attend the Gala Dinner, but will not be allowed access to the scientific sessions / exhibition areas. This fee is for Gala Dinner only.
Important Notes:
- Registration fees include tea / coffee breaks, lunches, meeting material, certificate of attendance and entry to Trade Exhibition.
Terms and Conditions
- All payments will be charged in USD.
- Please note that all related bank charges and/or financial charges are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the net fee payable to the conference.
- Official receipt will be provided only upon request.
Confirmation
- Registration will be confirmed via email upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT.
- Please bring along the email confirmation and present it at the Registration Counter when collecting your delegate badge before the congress (actual time and date will be informed in due course by email).
Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
Online payment accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express.
All online transactions are processed by PayPal, with protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and are transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the WCPOS V 2024. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to registration@wcposv2024.org
For written requests received on or before May 1, 2024 (GMT+8), your registration fees will be fully refunded, after deducting any relevant bank transfer charges.
For written requests received after May 1, 2024 (GMT+8) and before June 1, 2024 (GMT+8), your registration fees will be refunded after deducting the administrative fee of US $50 per person. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after June 1, 2024 (GMT+8), or non-attendance at the Congress.
All refunds will be process after the Congress only. The reimbursement process may take up to 14-21 business days after the Congress.
