MD specialized in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from Buenos Aires Argentina.In Hospital P. Piñero I did the ophthalmology residency, under the command of my mentor, Dr. Nélida Melek, who inspired me to increase my knowledge of Strabismus in children and adults. Then I pursued a fellowship in children’s ophthalmology and ROP at the Hospital Pediatric Juan P. Garrahan. I completed my training with a career as a University Specialist in Ophthalmology at the University of Salvador and a career in Children’s Ophthalmology at the Argentine Catholic University.
I am currently working at an ROP reference in the neonatology sector and in the pediatric ophthalmologic section of the P. Piñero Hospital. I work in a private practice doing the clinical and surgical part of the specialty. For 5 years I had been a co-director of the Annual Strabismus Course, an advanced course for ophthalmologists. I am in the board of the argentinian strabismus council .I am an ISA member and working in WSPOS Conectivity Burea.
