Irene Sophia Joseph

Irene Sophia Joseph is a passionate optometrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Elite School of Optometry in India and is currently the clinical optometrist at Genesis HealthCare Centre in Dubai. She is a certified orthokeratologist, specialising in the field of myopia control for 15 years. She is a Fellow and the Secretary of the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control, USA. She is also a Fellow of the British Contact Lens Association. Irene specialises in managing irregular corneas and ocular surface disorders using scleral and hybrid lenses. She also has expertise in electrodiagnostics and ocular imaging. Over the years, she has actively contributed to national and international conferences.
