Mr Sulak works as a cataract and vitreoretinal surgeon in several centres in Slovenia and is an associate consultant at the University Medical Centre in Ljubljana where he performs both adult and pediatric cases. He finished his residency training at the University Medical Centre in Ljubljana and passed the FEBO exam with honors in 2011.
He underwent a two year Fellowship training in Cataract surgery and Medical Retina at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London between 2014-16, followed by two years as a Vitreoretinal Fellow at the Oxford University Eye Hospital between 2016-19. He is interested in a wide span of vitreoretinal surgical fields from surgical ROP management, complicated lens surgery to complex reconstruction of globe trauma and pediatric retinal detachment.
