Dr Ng graduated in medicine from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2007. He completed his Ophthalmology specialist training and a Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology at the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2015. He further pursued his Glaucoma fellowship at the Royal Perth Hospital in Western Hospital and received the Certificate of Completion for Fellowship Training (CCFT) in Glaucoma from the Malaysian Ministry of Health in 2021.
Dr Ng is currently the Consultant Ophthalmologist, Glaucoma Surgeon and Head of Ophthalmology Department in Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital, Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. He has been consistently involved in Ophthalmology-related research, conference presentations and publications. He is particularly interested in complex glaucoma surgery and using new technology in his glaucoma patients’ management.
