Graduated from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College, Pune, Maharashtra Masters Degree in Ophthalmology at Aravind Eye Hospital, and Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, 2006 Long term Clinical fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology, Squint & Neuro-ophthalmology at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, India in 2007-2008.
In 2008, Clinical Observership in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at Department of Ophthalmic and Visual Sciences, University of Arizona, Tucson, USA under the guidance of Dr. J Miller.
Presently, Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmology Squint & Neuro-ophthalmology at AURA Adult & Child Eye Care, New Delhi and started her own PEDIA VISION Child Sight Initiative in 2008. She has special interest and expertise in Children Eye disorders, Ocular Motility disorders and Squint. Her areas of specialization include Paediatric Cataract Surgery, Amblyopia (Lazy eye), Strabismus (Squint), Nystagmus and Neuro- ophthalmological disorders.
