Silvija Delfin is an ophthalmologist employed at the University Eye Hospital in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She completed her residency in ophthalmology in 2017, when she gained the European Board of Ophthalmology Diploma. Between 2014-2016 she gained additional experience in the field of ophthalmology by working within the hospitals of Greater Glasgow and Clyde-UK. Her fields of interest are paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus especially cerebral visual impairment. She is also a team member participating in the rehabilitation of children in the paediatric low vision clinic within the Slovenian National Centre for a comprehensive Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually impaired.
