I have been working as pediatric ophthalmologist since 2003 in National Center for Maternal and Child Health Mongolia /NCMCHM/ which provides children’s eye health care service in nationwide. I attended APAO LDP Class 2018-19 (Class IX) and Self-initiated Project was Guideline for the screening and treatment of Retinopathy of Prematurity in Mongolia. I have started the ROP screening program with ORBIS ROP team in Mongolia since 2012 and doing intravitreal injection and diode laser therapy for the treatment of ROP. I defended PhD degree at the Health Sciences University of Mongolia in 2019. My subject of research is Study of retinoblastoma and would like to provide new diagnostic, treatment method on children using international standard protocol in order to preserve vision, increase ocular and patient’s survival. My clinical interests focus on diseases and surgery of the strabismus, pediatric cataract, pediatric glaucoma, congenital ptosis, children’s eye disease and ROP treatment. My primary research interests focus on the pathogenesis and management of retinopathy of prematurity, (ROP) retinoblastoma(RB) and pediatric retinal disease.
