Dr Tzu-Hsun Tsai is Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Chief of Department of Ophthalmology at National Taiwan University Hospital Hsin-Chu Branch. Dr. Tsai’s clinical work focused on strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology. Dr Tsai’s research interests include strabismus, pediatric cataract, myopia and vision science. Her research had been recognized by the 2007 Travellers’ Fellowship Award, Asia ARVO, Singapore; 2010 Excellence in Research Award, Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA; 2012, 2020, 2022 Alcon Research Award, The Ophthalmological Society of Taiwan (TOS); 2017 Achievement Award, Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO); Bronze Medal Award in the Academic Development Mentorship Scheme of AAPPO (Academy of Asia-Pacific Professors of Ophthalmology) for the year 2020-2021. She is also a recipient of the Excellence in Teaching Award at National Taiwan University Hospital in 2014 and 2022.
