Dr. Wai Yong Zheng completed the FRCOphth examination in 2021, followed by specialist training in 2022. He currently serves as a general ophthalmologist at Hospital Duchess of Kent Sandakan, where he is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care and improving patient outcomes. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Wai is the Vice President of the Malaysian YO Special Interest Group (MYOSIG), playing a vital role in supporting and advancing young ophthalmologists in Malaysia. Dr. Wai is committed to continuous learning and contributing to the field of ophthalmology through patient-centered care and professional development.
